Helping Loop create sharable AI meeting recaps.

Loop came to us looking to expand their AI meeting summary web app into an iPhone app. The idea of Loop Mobile is to foster connection and drive deep listening while also freeing people up to do their best work, avoiding unnecessary meetings.

One of our main clients, Loop, came to us looking to expand their AI meeting summary web app into an iPhone app. The idea of Loop Mobile is to foster connection and drive deep listening while also freeing people up to do their best work, avoiding unnecessary meetings.

The Problem

Workplaces don't have the ability to easily record and summarize in person (and sometimes virtual) meetings. Currently, the available meeting summary apps lack the ability to compile & combine data from multiple meetings and present that information in a useful way.

The Solution

The solution is to design an AI assistant that allows users to stay organized, connected, and inspired without having to spend time synthesizing data and notes.

Hi-Fidelity Wireframes

To get a better idea of what happens post-recording, our team started sketching quick potential flows via hi-fidelity wireframes. We wanted to take a closer look at what options the user has before finalizing and sharing the summary.

App Icon

Our team was also tasked with creating the Loop Mobile app icon. We explored dark and light mode designs, and settled with the simplicity of the Loop logo.

Problem Space

Users are focusing on note taking and remembering important details for later, often times missing out on deeper connection and listening.

How might we automate note taking during meetings?

Developing the God Button

One of the most important aspects of this project was developing the "God Button". The visual appearance of the button needs to convey numerous states and plays a major role in the appearance of the application. We explored multiple directions shown below:

Customer Presentation

This is what our team presented to stakeholders for investor buy-in:

High Fidelity Prototypes

This flow is showing the experience of a repeat user who is signed in would have starting at the recording and ending in the conversation detail.

Project Reflections

For Loop Mobile, I would have liked to explore what happens after the meeting summary is shared. How might users engage socially around the meeting notes and to-do's post-summary? I believe adding these features would have increased user engagement and encouraged more time spent within the app.

Client Feedback

"They proactively addressed early challenges, maintained open communication, and showed genuine dedication to our objectives. The ongoing pursuit of excellence in their work, from backend stability to user experience, has significantly transformed our business, enabling us to deliver outstanding software that drives revenue and impresses customers." -JK
